These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FormCraft AI mobile application ("the App") provided by Inka-Tech Solutions ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FormCraft AI is a document generation platform that enables users to create, fill, preview, and export professional legal and business documents including lease agreements, sale agreements, employment contracts, NDAs, invoices, quotations, receipts, and more.
The App is intended for users in the Republic of South Africa. Documents generated are templates for guidance purposes. We do not provide legal advice. You should consult a qualified legal professional before relying on any generated document in a legal matter.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use FormCraft AI. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
FormCraft AI provides one (1) free PDF export per calendar month per device. Free exports are tracked by device identifier and reset automatically on the first day of each calendar month. Free exports may not be transferred, carried over, or accumulated.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice provided in-app.
FormCraft AI offers the following paid options, charged in South African Rand (ZAR):
All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
All payments are processed by PayFast, a registered South African payment service provider. By initiating a payment you agree to PayFast's Terms of Service. We do not store your card or banking details.
Once-off payments are processed immediately upon confirmation. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the date of the initial subscription and on the same date each subsequent month.
Once-off exports: No refund is issued once the PDF export has been successfully generated and delivered to your device.
Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at mrpnxele@gmail.com.
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where applicable.
You agree not to use FormCraft AI to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user found to be in breach of these Terms without refund.
All content, design, code, branding, and functionality of FormCraft AI — including the Inka-Tech Solutions name and logo — are the exclusive property of Inka-Tech Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Documents generated using FormCraft AI based on your own input data belong to you. The underlying document templates remain the intellectual property of Inka-Tech Solutions.
FormCraft AI includes an optional AI enhancement feature powered by third-party AI services (OpenAI and Perplexity AI). AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated content before use. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of AI-generated suggestions.
FormCraft AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Document templates are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute legal advice. Inka-Tech Solutions is not a law firm and is not responsible for the legal sufficiency of any document generated through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Inka-Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any legal consequences resulting from documents generated through the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inka-Tech Solutions and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
