Why am I downloading a file instead of using the Play Store?
FormCraft AI is distributed directly while the Play Store listing is in progress. You're downloading the same signed app we'd publish there. Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser once — that's a standard prompt, not a warning about the app.
Are the documents legally valid in South Africa?
The templates follow South African practice and cover the clauses these agreements normally carry, which is enough for everyday business between two willing parties. They aren't a substitute for an attorney on high-value, disputed or unusual matters — for those, have a professional review the draft before you sign.
What does the AI actually do to my document?
It takes the answers you typed and rewrites them into clear, professional wording — fixing tone, grammar and structure. It doesn't invent terms you didn't agree to. You see the full draft and can edit anything before exporting.
Is my information kept private?
Your documents are generated for you and aren't sold, published or used to train anyone's models. Payment details go straight to PayFast and never touch our servers. Full detail lives in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes — from Settings inside the app, any time. You keep access until the month you've paid for runs out, and nothing renews after that.
When is the iPhone version coming?
iOS is in development. The Android app is the full product today; nothing is being held back for the iPhone release.
